Toujours duplicate images

  Hi- I just upgraded to the Toujours theme from Forever and love the new feature of adding “feature” to a post’s tags and now it’s easily in the slider. First off, my latest post isn’t in the slider, and I even took of the word features in a past post’s tags in case it was max 4 posts in slideshow issue.
  More pressing, my posts down the homepage have the huge image of the featured image on top of the first image in the post. It looks really weird, especially to for those where it’s the same image on top of each other. Please advise!!
