  I blog at thecraftsea.wordpress.com. and use the theme Toujours
  I want only the extracts of posts on the Home page like the theme demo shows.
  Please help me out

  Hi,

  You can do it by editing your post and adding the More Block.
  When editing your posts click the add block button, search “more”, and click the “More” option that appears.
