Toujours Theme help

  Hopefully someone can help me with this. I have just started using the Toujours theme and I really like it. The only thing I want to change is my posts at the bottom of the main page below the 3 that are listed horizontally. I don’t want the page to display the full post, just a synopsis with a continue reading button. It shows this as an option in the theme overview but I just can’t see where to change it.

  Also, the featured content slideshow is excellent, but is it possible to cycle through say 3 featured posts instead of 8?

  Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

  Hey vizualdzereviews,

  You can add the read more button by changing the content settings. Just go to Customize>>Content Options and you can choose the “Post Excerpt” radio button.

  And for the slider, you may find the similar settings in the customizer, I am not sure about it.

  Thanks so much for the reply. I remember that option being there previously, but it isn’t now. I uploaded a picture to show you what I have. Going by the overview of this theme (also linked below) it is definitely an option.
