Toujours Theme: How to make posts appear as excerpts only?

Hello!
I just started using the Toujours theme for my blog. I really like how minimalist and clean it looks, but I’m having difficulties in customizing the theme. I want my posts to appear as excerpts only along with the featured images, but I do not see any options to do this. Is there any way this can be done?

You can use the More tag to display excerpts on the blog page:
