Trace My Visitiors

Hello Community,
My woocommerce store is performing very well, but in the last few weeks, it’s bounce rate has been increased. I have tried almost everything to reduce it, but unable to control it. Now, I’ve decided to track and trace my visitors with the complete activity recording of every user to know about the main reason why they are bouncing back suddenly. I’m confused about that which plugin is best to use for it? I’ve heard about MS Clarity, did it work well for it? Looking for recommendations.
Experts can check and inform me about bounce rate issue by visiting my store.
