  How do i find my track back url?? I have noticed many posts in different blogs which have a url at the end. for example: http://www.example.com/mt/mt-tb.cgi/1336

  How do i find mine? i am a newbie and have a wordpress blog

  One WordPress blog, The URL plus “/trackback/ is the trackback URL…

  For Example:

  http://hardline.wordpress.com/2007/03/02/video-ann-coulter-john-edwards-is-a-faggot/

  would produce this trackback URL:

  http://hardline.wordpress.com/2007/03/02/video-ann-coulter-john-edwards-is-a-faggot/trackback/

  On other blog software it is different… (Example: Typepad, Moveable type, blogger, ect…)

  it has also been my experience that not all blog software, will recognize wordpress ping as well. it’s all rather odd, if you ask me.

  All trackbacks are, are pings to let blog owners know you’ve linked to them. that’s all.

  Hopefully I explained that right. :) O_o
