  I am trying to design a web site for oncology fellows where they can complete a form that is interactive and dynamic and that also gets saved and can be tracked over time for career development. I am sure something like this would cost money, but would be happy to pay for this if something like this is available. Is this possible?

  We have a built in form creation tool on WordPress.com, but it is fairly basic, and intended more to be used as a simple “contact form”

  It can be customized to create a longer intake form, but it does not sound like it would have all of the features you would need. More info here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/

  I’m not sure what you meant by “interactive and dynamic” or “tracked over time” but those sound a lot like something that will require hiring a developer to create something custom for you.
