Trackback Link?

Help! I’m been reading several postings on this topic but can’t find the answer I need. Or maybe I’m just dense.
My blog is http://enjoylifemore.wordpress.com
There doesn’t appear to be a trackback code for people who want to link to one of my postings from their website. Am I missing something or does this depend on the theme?
It appears one visitor has copied and pasted my entire posting onto his website (I found this in my Spam comment listing). At the bottom of his post, there is a link that says “See the original post” and links back to my original post. But this is not the same as trackbacking, right?

They just use the permalink. And copy/pasting your entire post is stealing. It’s called blog scraping and for info on that, see http://stolen.wordpress.com
They are leaving a trackback so you will not hate them as much as you would otherwise. But you should still kill them off ruthlessly. Follow instructions at Stolen.wordpress and don’t let it go.

Still need to know if a trackback link can be made part of the comment.
Is this dependent on the theme or just not available on wordpress.com (as an actual link)?
