Trackers and dashboard changes

    I really don’t think wordpress needs to invade our privacy with 8 trackers attached to the dashboard. And, the recent changes to the dashboard make it take 4 clicks instead of 1 to get there. I always check the dashboard first, I suspect most authors do. Perhaps management should be more attentive to users that contribute content. A quality operation would have the courtesy to inform users about changes that affect routine functions — what do you think the dashboard is — trivia?

    Wherever this comment is posted I think it deserves an answer. The latest changes to the dashboard are not an improvement. They make life more difficult and more time consuming.
    I also do not like the 4 columns on the dashboard homepage. Where I used to be able to see traffic at a glance I now have to change to a separate page because the columns are not wide enough to display the graphics.
