tracking for postage purchases

  i bought postage first time and there was never tracking updated to me or to the customer, now they hadn’t received their shipment, where can i find tracking?

  If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

  https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

  But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

  i clicked on edit order and edit address both shipping and account address and suddenly tracking appeared lol
