Tracking individual users behavior

The company I work at wants to move its Help Center back to our website that uses WP as CMS. By doing so we’re taking the opportunity to improve tracking of our content and our users’ behavior.

We have our users database and we want to allow users to log in to our Help Center and Forum with the account they have with us so we can know who they are when they comment, create new discussions, …
So far so good, but the plot thickens. I want to track the activity of each individual user (how many posts they see, how many discussions they create in the forum, etc, etc, etc) and I want this data to be tied with the account they have with us.

Do you guys know how this is achievable? Is there a plugin that gives me this tracking ability?

Thanks so much for your help!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s not possible here at WordPress.COM. It’s possible only if you hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up a WordPress.ORG install. http://wordpress.org

There is no FTP access to WordPress.COM blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins or third party themes.

There is no other upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. Learn about the differences here. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums.

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
