  I have a site with Shopify & I linked Printful to it. I asked Printful how to make sure my customers receive tracking info & they gave me a link to add a WooCommerce Shipment Tracking extension. I paid $50 for it but now I’m lost on how to add it to my Shopify store. Can you help please?

  Hi! We’re actually not associated with Shopify, and I’m not sure that extension would work with their platform.

  Did you want to change the site to WooCommerce? It’s a bit of work to get the site converted, but it does bring a lot more flexibility, too.

  If that isn’t what you had in mind, can you contact Printful once more and clarify you’re using Shopify instead of WooCommerce? You might also reach out to whatever company you bought the extension from and explain the situation to them as well.
