tracking login activity by user

  I’m a blog administrator for a private WP.com blog. I’m trying to foster participation among those who are members/users of it. I know there’s the recent posts by author widget where you can set option to show those members with no posts. But is there any way I can see who has last login data by user? I’ve looked around the stats area and don’t see any such info.
