  1) my blog url is not the one listed below, it is zingcreed.wordpress.com.
  2) I wish to copyright the invented word Zingcreed, because people are using it in online advertising, and copying my pictures too onto cell phone cases!!
  3) Please advise!

  You will need to talk to an intellectual property lawyer for a situation like that. WordPress.com staff is not qualified to advise on legal matters.
