traduction both language

hello, new day…new questions
I want to know if it’s possible to have a traduction of my blog in english.
For exemple a little flag one in french an other in english.
My blog is in french and I really need to traduct it in english when the people want.
If it’s not possible ..there is an other possibility?

I’m sorry but we can choose only one interface language here > Settings > General and there is no switch back and forth from English to French feature we can use. We cannot use the JavaScript widgets for translation what we can do ie. set up a static page and use a non-JavaScript translation widget are found in this article: Translation widget for WordPress.com blogs
