  Hi,

  Can someone please explain to me – how does wordpress count visitors? By IP-adresses? The numbers are often pretty difficult to interprete, and are they accurate?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  They are accurate counts of what they are. For someone to count as a vistor they have to go to your web page, not just in the Reader, and load a tiny counter called “Angela.” It looks like a smiley face. One load is one view.
