Traffic Feed that no one can see but me?

Just put it where you have a period. Or change the ” . ” to ” ! ” at the end of your first paragraph. Other people will still be able to click on it, but it will not be too noticeable.
Or just leave your code hidden as is and bookmark the link in your browser.
Or do as Panos suggested: put a white image in place of the feedjit image. That will make the area bigger to click on, but the image won’t be obvious to your readers.

I bookmarked it, and I guess as long as it’s in my sidebar, invisible, the bookmark seems to go right to my live traffic feed. I always prefer to take the easy way out. I’m just worried about adding other widgets, as I’m assuming there will be a huge space where the invisible traffic feed is..so the next widget will be way down below that empty space. I suppose that’s when I’ll have to try something else.
I also tried making a private post and putting the code and feed in there, then publishing it so no one could see it but me, but it didn’t work, and only showed my visits. Weird.

By the way, tess..I love your blog, and can’t wait to try the Korroke, as I used to purchase those at Korean Bakeries all the time. OH SO GOOD!

Hey, thanks! You blog looks great. And the shrimp dumplings sound wonderful!
You can drag your invisible text widget below any new widgets you add to your sidebar, so that won’t be an issue. The code has to be public and it should be in a sidebar or else it will only work for that post or page.
You could also hide the feed on an excluded child page. But the bookmark is the simplest. -

“Excluded child page”: you create a page, set another page as its parent (so that it doesn’t show up in the header), get its ID and type it in the Exclude box of the Pages widget (so that it doesn’t show up in the sidebar either).

Hmmm..still confusing! LOL Layman’s terms, perhaps? The only part I get is ‘you create a page’…that I can do..hehe
