Traffic required to include word ads(advertise program)

I am planning to buy a custom domain for my blog by paying 17$.And want to include word ads advertising program.I want to know how much traffic i need.Currently i have 700 visitors per month

The WordAds prgarm is only for well established blogs on their own domains, with suitable content, and 20,000 – 25,000 page views or more monthly.

is it true that the minimum traffic has to be 20,000 – 25,000 page view / month? because i cant find any formal information about the minimum amount of traffic for wordads

That was the minimum for Ad Control previously. If you have fewer than that, you won’t receive any money within a 12 month period, realistically speaking, so why bother?
