Traffic stats migration
-
Hi guys,
can someone please help me with the migration of the traffic stats from my old site to my new self hosted site?
I’ve migrated everything else (including subscribers… or so I hope, at least) and I’ve installed and activated Jetpack on the new site, which is https://iuliacraciun.ro/
TIA,
Iulia

Hi there!
Subscribers aren’t something that are transferred automatically, so those likely will need to be moved as well.
Before I can transfer the users who have subscribed to your blog either by email or via the WordPress.com Reader and merge your stats, I need to know the following:
- The URL of your WordPress.com site where your followers are now. (example.wordpress.com)
- The URL of your site that you want them moved to (if it’s not
iuliacraciun.ro). You do need to have an active Jetpack connection to do this.
Let us know if you have any questions. Otherwise, we’ll wait to hear back from you!

Hi,
I’ve managed to migrate the e-mail subscribers from the WP dashboard, so that’s sorted.
I hhaven’t migrated the subscribers via Reader and I need my traffic stats merged.
The old WP address is iuliacraciun.wordpress.com and the new address is https://iuliacraciun.ro/. This has Jetpack connected to it.

Thanks for confirming.
I’ve moved your stats, and you can confirm your new Jetpack site shows historical data from your previous site as well: https://wordpress.com/stats/day/iuliacraciun.ro
I can also confirm you have moved all subscribers, and you no longer have subscribers on your old site: https://wordpress.com/people/subscribers/iuliacraciuncom.wordpress.com
You used the steps here, yes? https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool/
If so then all subscribers (email and those that follow you in the Reader) are moved in that operation.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
