  domain: pinhiproductions.com…….. i am requesting an EPP code to transfer domain. please respond to reggie pinuelas at (email visible only to moderators and staff) , or DanMorentin at (email visible only to moderators and staff)…..thank you

  We Volunteers do not provide email support. There is no domain mapping upgrade for http://pinhiproductions.com. See here please http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/

  Hi there,

  The domain pinhiproductions.com is owned by a different WordPress.com user. Only the user who owns that domain can access the EPP code and transfer the domain, using this guide: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  You’ll need to log in to WordPress.com with the account that owns that domain and then follow those steps to transfer the domain. If you can’t remember the log-in information for that account, please go to this page:

  Click the “Need More Help?” link on that page, and fill out the form there. Our account recovery team will get back to you by email so you can discuss the options in private.
