Tranfer web site to wordpress

  I have not done much of anything at WordPress until now.
  A company from IPage redid my website, and I do not like it. It was done in WordPress. (BigMindLooseBolts.com).
  Is there a way to transfer the site here, edit here, and create a site within a site, also promoting my Fiction writing?
  I do not understand most of this, but willing to learn while I continue my WorksInProgress.
  Hope this makes sense…

  Thanks I will check it out. I was hoping to transfer my IPAGE website to WordPress. Delete my Blogspot, and combine averything with WP.
