Tranfering upgrades

Hi Guys,
Has anyone had any problems with transfering upgrade between different sites?
Previously I’ve asked someone at WordPress to do it manualy, but these days it’s spelled out pretty simply – just switch across in the My Upgrades section of My Sites.
However, this doesn’t seem to have actually updated on my sites – I can still make custom updates on my old site, but not on the new one, even though the My Sites console is telling me I’ve switched.
Have tried logging out and in again, and also refreshing cache etc. but to no avail.
Any ideas?

Please provide the URLs for both “I can still make custom updates on my old site, but not on the new one”.
Are both sites WordPress.COM hosted sites registered under the same WordPress.COM username account?

Yeah, both are my WordPress.com sites.
jackjallen.wordpress.com – had the custom upgrade originally
thedaleyblind.wordpress.com – have moved the custom upgrade here, but has seemingly yet to register.
Like I said, I’ve had custom upgrades transfered previously but via someone at WordPress.com… might just be a case of getting them to do it again but thought someone might have a similar experiance and it just takes a couple of days…

This should be fixed up now. I’ll be looking into the error as to why the transfer wasn’t applied correctly the first time!
