  Hello

  I have had the above transaction on my credit card statement dated 16 Feb.

  This company is now closed and I do not have access to either myhelp.me website or email address.

  Please consider this email as confirmation of closing my account immediately. I wish to not be charged and would ideally like a refund of the above transaction.
