transaction cannot be processed

  Hello,
  I’m trying to upgrade to a premium account but when I try to checkout i get a message that says my transaction cannot be processed. I’m using a US Visa debit card and there doesn’t seem to be a problem with the card. Can someone help?

  Hi there,

  Can you please check with your bank to see if they are blocking transactions from WordPress.com? (That can happen even if your debit card is working for other purchases.)
