transaction cannot be processed

    I’m having difficulty trying the free trial because it wont accept my credit card number.

    Hi there,

    Can you please check with your credit card company to find out if they are blocking transactions from WordPress.com? That can happen even if your credit card is working for other purchases.

    When you sign up for the free trial we check to make sure WordPress.com is authorized for transactions on your credit card, so the Premium plan can be renewed if you want to keep it. If for some reason your credit card company blocks that authorization, it won’t work.
