Transaction cannot be processed

pls am trying to buy a domain name Onelgamusic.net but after filling in my Master card details and proceed to make payment, after loading for few secs it will display “Transaction cannot be processed”… pls help

Hello onelgamusic!

I checked your account and I wasn’t able to find any transaction info. I suggest you double check the credit card information you are entering to buy the domain. It can be a misspelled info or a credit card that is not acceptable.

I used a master card which was specified in the payment page… i also tried with a friend’s credit card and i got same message…

onelgamusic, could you, please, try in a different browser? I suggest you try on Chrome. Let us know how it goes.

Please for some weeks now it has not worked yet, even with chrome and other browsers… i have tried up to 8 different master cards and its the same error message “This transaction cannot be processed.”…
Is it that there’s a specific type of master card use or what?
please help me its really urgent.

Yeah admin, twas after a long search and different credit card trials… but finally got a colleague’s MasterCard which worked with it…. thanks for the help.
