Transaction cannot be processed (Domain name)

Greetings…
please for sometime now i have been having problems to buy a domain name on WordPress here.
After searching for my domain name i saw twas available but when i fill my master card info to purchase, i see an error message at the top right “Transaction cannot be processed”…Please help me, its my first domain name purchase here.
