Transaction Declined

I am trying to upgrade my domain and site plans, but I am unable to make a payment. I used VISA CARD FROM DCB BANK and it has international transactions activated. The error is quoted as “Transaction Declined. Please try another card.”

The error is quoted as “Transaction Declined. Please try another card.”
You would need to contact your bank to see why they’re declining the transaction. There’s not much we can do on our end as your bank is the one rejecting the charges.
Once they resolve the issue, you should be able to make that purchase.

I did contact the bank. They say the issue is resolved from our site. But I am still unable to make payment. Is there any other way I can pay? I can use Google Pay but the option does not appear.

You may perhaps want to double check that international payments are activated on the bank account.
To confirm, we can’t see any hindrances on our side with regards to be making the payment.

I have checked that with my bank. I did everything I could but nothing is working. I tried Google Pay but it isn’t working too.
Please help if there’s a way. I need to start my site urgently.

Sorry to hear that. We’re not really seeing any issues that we can fix. We only see that the payment was declined from your bank’s end and you need to contact them for help.
Have you clarified to your bank that this payment is an international one? Did they confirm that the international payment is accepted/enabled on the card you’re trying?

Yes, I confirmed 3 times and I can check that the international payment is activated and it is an international card. Thank you for helping
