Transaction declined

Good Evening,
I come to you to ask for your help. I’ve been trying for 3 days to make a “premium plan” at 96 dollars but it tells me: Transaction declined” I only have one credit card
And I can’t know how to create my site at home… yet when I had created “alice’s little notebooks” I never encountered a problem, but here it is terrible!!
moreover in the domain name I do not want the “wordpress.com” just the “.fr”
I tried to make the transaction 5 or 6 times but nothing to do, transaction declined, change card!!! If you want me to create my site at home, please help me…

Thanks for getting in touch. When we try to bill the card on file, we get a generic message that the transaction was declined.
It’s pretty common for banks to flag transactions they’re not familiar with – you would simply need to contact your bank and let them know that this is a valid transaction. Or, if they’re not blocking it, they should be able to provide you with more information why you can’t process that purchase.
Once your bank clears that up, you should be able to make that purchase.
