Transaction Declined: Error AXLZNE

    Hello,
    I am trying to buy the premium plan with a bank card(VISA). However I get the message: ‘BlockPurchasesError. The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE’

    I tried again, but then this message came:

    Purchases are currently disabled. Please <a href=”https://wordpress.com/error-report/?url=(email visible only to moderators and staff)”>contact us</a> to re-enable purchases.

    Can you find me a solution?
