Transaction declined: error AXLZNE.

    Hello,

    I was trying to purchase the business plan subscription and i got the error: “The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE.” I am trying to pay with a credit card. can you please help me resolve this?

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    You can also send an email directly to billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) com if you prefer that.
