  Hello,
  I am trying to buy the premium plan with a bank card. However I get the message: ‘BlockPurchasesError. The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE’

  How can I bypass this?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
