Transaction Declined – Urgent

    Hello,
    I’m working for a client and I need to get their website done ASAP. I’m having some technical difficulties as the credit card they gave me keeps declining. I know there are sufficient funds therefore I am becoming frustrated.
    Please send help.

    Are we talking about this website: ndbconline.wordpress.com ? Also, can you please tell us more about the steps you’ve followed till now and what exactly you are trying to accomplish?

    Hi ndbconline,

    I’ve checked the account you are logged in to and no payments are being blocked from our end.

    This suggests the issue may be with your bank or card provider. Please contact them and ask if they are blocking payments to WordPress.com for any reason. If they are, you can request for the block to be removed before trying again.
