Transaction Denied

Okay, I’m getting frustrated here. I’ve been trying to upgrade my plan since yesterday and my payment won’t go through. And I know that my card isn’t the problem since I’ve been using it for all my online transactions/subscriptions. I also tried another card but it keeps on denying my transaction. I even tried to clear the cookies & cache but it still doesn’t work. Please help.
