Transaction didn't complete. Unable to access. Upgrade did not go through.

  I just signed up for a blog and was in the process of going through pay pal because of an upgrade purchase. An error occured apparently, and now I can’t complete my transaction.
  I can’t log in. Can’t access my info. etc.

  HELP!!
