Transaction done without my permission

    Respected sir,
    Following transaction Has been done without my permission from wordpress.
    The dediction of $99 which is sum of Rupees 6656 of india Currency has been dedected from my bank account for the auto renewal of my website which is not in used by me form last 3-4 months.. The transaction has been done without my knowledge or without any notice to me .

    The recept Id & transaction id are as follow:-

    Receipt ID: [redacted by mod]
    Transaction ID: [redacted by mod]

    WordPress is an renaun company and i hope you will go through this issue and will righten my mone in my bank account as soon as possible.

    You should never post sensitive information like transaction IDs in the forums. The information you gave could possibly let someone take over your account. If Staff need this information they will contact you privately. This thread has been tagged for their assistance.

    evento397 – There is not any history of a charge or upgrade billed to the account that you have contacted us from. Likely, you have another user account where the charge originated. This account will have a different email connected to it. Please sign in with that account and post here.
