Transaction error when paying for a plan

    Hello, i get an error when confirming my purchase for a plan : it’s an error like : “The transaction has been refused. Please try with an other card.”

    In french : “La transaction a été refusée. Veuillez essayer une autre carte.”

    It is for “personnal” plan + a domain name.

    I tried many times, what can i do ?

    I had a look at the logs, but no specific error is shown.

    Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. I’d recommend contacting your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com.
    Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
