transaction errors

I need help with this. I’m using wordpress with booked.com. My authorize.net account has changed and i put in the new api and transaction key from authorize.net. But i still get this error. Authorize.net gave me the following info below the error message:
(WordPress booked.com/woocommerience is set to live).(Transaction Error):(TESTMODE) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

The error you are getting is an error 13. This error 13 (The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive) indicates you are either posting the incorrect API Login ID within your script, connecting to a server that does not recognize your account, or using an account that is inactive. Your account is active, so that is not the issue. Our reason code tool goes over this error and the troubleshooting that you would need to do:
https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/responseCodes.html#search=13&start=1
You will want to check that your wordpress settings are not in TEST mode, as the error is stating test mode. You would also want to confirm the URL that their system is posting the transactions to. This URL does depend on the integration method that you are using, so you may need them to confirm the integration method and what their backend settings are set to for that URL. If you are unsure how to do this, you would need to work with wordpress directly.
Certainly. Have them confirm that the API Login ID and Transaction Key are correct in their scripting, and that your account is in live mode as well. While I am happy to assist where I can, I do not specialize in the wordpress system so I am not sure how to access that information.

Hi there!
It looks like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin in particular (the WordPress software doesn’t have a test mode setting, but WooCommerce payment settings usually do offer a test mode), but you’ve landed on the support forum for sites that are hosted here on WordPress.com instead.
We don’t offer WooCommerce on WordPress.com (unless you are upgraded to our Business or eCommerce plans), so we’re not your best point of contact. The good news is that help is available by contacting WooCommerce in this forum:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
The folks over there are familiar with WooCommerce and in the best position to assist. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
