Hi there, you should never post financial information in a public forum where it is quickly indexed by search engines. I’ve removed that information here. Staff will be able to see any transaction you’ve made directly if needed.

I don’t see any recent transactions in your account. The last transaction showing in your billing history was when you bought the domain, manuelasilvasite.net, in 2014, and that upgrade is no longer on your account.
What is the upgrade you bought, and for which site?

Just to follow up, the receipt number and transaction ID you provided was for that 2014 purchase. You can view that receipt if you go to your billing history page:
