Transaction not reflecting in wordpress

Hi there. I have made a purchase for my website on wordpress and paid the amount by Netbanking. The transaction was successful and the amount has been deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in my wordpress account. Please Help!

I had a look at your account and I can see three intents of purchasing the plan, on all of them the payment is pending though so it doesn’t seem like it was completed. Can you clarify what amount was deducted from your account?

Glad to see your response on my query. The amount deducted from my account is Rs. 2400 (Indian Rupee). Could you please reverse the transaction if it is incomplete so that I may make a fresh transaction again.

Have you contacted the bank yet to see if the funds were removed from the account? We have asked our payments team to follow up on this case as well.
I’m happy to add the plan to your account so that you can proceed. Let me know which plan you were looking at. We don’t want to hold up your project while the billing gets sorted.

I am in conversation with my bank for the status of the billing but what I can see from my bank account right now is that the amount is already deducted.

Our payments team has been looking into this, and it appears the payment is not actually going through with dLocal who processes the Netbanking payments.
We’ve reaching out to them to find out why this is happening, but the payment has not gone through and should be returned to your bank account by the weekend – this process is happening between dLocal and your bank.
As we have not received payment at all for your plan, I’m not able to add the plan to your account manually. Until we can sort out whatever’s going wrong with Netbanking/dLocal, please use a different payment method instead (debit/credit card, PayPal) if possible.
