    Hello to the WordPress Team,

    I am a computer engineer living in Cameroon. I am writing to you about the project naftechhvac.wordpress.com My brother has asked for my help and my knowledge in web development to create his NAFTECH website.

    I chose your platform for its popularity and its multi-functions (a vast list of plugins and extensions available). I then chose the BUSINESS plan at 25$ per month or 300$ per year. I filled in my own credit card information to make the annual payment except that I was stopped right away when I received an error code AXLZNE.

    Can you tell me how to proceed? I am of course at your disposal to provide you with any necessary documents or proofs.
