    Hi
    I have had a few instances where I was informed that a new order had been placed on my site (online shop), but no money has ever come through for the transaction. I received an email with order number, the site had all the details of a client and unfortunately no money in my account. I have already lost two clients over this and there is another order with the same problem. The problem has appeared during bank transfer payment and during PayPal payment.
    I have contacted my bank where I have got my business account, and they confirmed that they had not had any evidence of any transaction trying to take place during those dates I had provided them with.
    Please can someone explain it to me, what is happening and why no money is coming through even though I receive order confirmation emails.
