Transcription/subtitled video

Does anyone here have experience with video transcription / subtitling? I would like to implement in my wordpress website the option to see the transcription / subtitling of a video as in this link:

Hi @alfreditog, I can’t really see the transcript for that course (I’ll also remove the link). Right now your best bet would be to type a transcript below the video. If you can find a link that shows what you’re referring to without having to make a purchase, please do send that!
Regarding subtitles that show up over the video itself: how you add them depends on which video service you are using. Which video service do you use?
