    I need to transfer my domain and all info from here back to Godaddy. i have been disappointed with my service thus far and have cancelled my account. Thanks.

    Are you speaking of alwaysliv.com? It looks like you cancelled that domain yesterday, and were refunded for a renewal you also made yesterday, so you no longer own that domain.

    Would you be willing to share what wasn’t working for you? It looks like you’ve never contacted our support before yesterday.

    If you want to use that domain at another provider, please confirm and we’ll send you a link to pay for the renewal again so we can restore the domain to your account.

    As you transferred the domain to us fewer than 60 days ago you won’t be able to transfer it to GoDaddy yet*, but once it’s restored we can help you point it to their servers, and then you can transfer it once the 60-day transfer lock expires in a few more weeks.

    We’re also happy to work with you to try and resolve whatever issues you’ve been experiencing on our end if you want.

    * Under ICANN rules any new domain registration or recently-transferred domain is locked for transfer for 60 days. Those rules apply to all domains at all domain registrars, and we have no way to manually remove that lock so you can transfer your domain sooner.
