  Hello. I’m in an organization and one of our older members made our organization’s website using WordPress. However, that member is no longer in our organization and we don’t have a way to contact them. Is there still a way to transfer the site ownership to someone currently in our organization?

  Generally, we can help facilitate transfers – however that request would need to come from the site owner.

  Is there anyway you are able to contact them so that this request can be initiated?

  I know that doesn’t help immediately, but hopefully, it’s a good first step.
