  I have been tasked with redesigning sncodemocrats.org. Because your system is so limited with theme and plugin availability, I am going to have to get this domain transferred to a standard hosting system. What is your process for transferring a domain out, and for cancelling a subscription? Also, how do I FTP into the site so I can download all the existing files and database for backup?
