  I need to transfer a blog site to another individual – I have tried to follow your instructions but I do not have the option to ‘transfer’ under ‘Address’

  The URL listed in your profile, http://www.esjcounselling.com/, wordpress.com site which is why the instructions are not working for you.

  It was noted that your site is not a WordPress.com hosted site in a previous thread which gives you the link for WordPress.org support, etc. :

  Click the Add New Topic link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1 and create your own thread including the actual URL starting with http:// for the site referred to.
