transfer a blog from me to me

I am trying to transfer a blog under the username sharkmill (me with one email address) to the user smiller5steps (me with another email address), but after i clicked the confirmation link, I received a message that the transfer failed.
Also, I don’t understand why I cannot be logged in to both accounts at the same time, but that’s another matter that’s just a nuisance. I want the transfer to be taken care of.

A note regarding the two accounts, your login information is stored in the form of a cookie. So, when you open a new tab in your browser, your cookie and login information is carried over to that tab. This allows you to open multiple pages from your blog in multiple tabs and work on them all simultaneously. However, if you open a new tab in a private window, you can sign into another account in that private window. Does that make sense?

Thanks. I forgot about cookies–I guess if they were chocolate chip, I’d know exactly what to do with them.
I want to transfer http://www.myhealthmybodymyvoice.wordpress.com from sharkmill ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) to smiller5steps ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).
When everything is transferred, I will probably take the 5 steps blog to premium. I am planning to transfer via RSS some weebly blog entries that we can’t keep on Weebly at our new site.Thanks!!
