'Transfer a blog' option not showing up!

  Hi there,

  I’m trying to transfer a blog to a friend, but despite following all the tutorials to the letter, when I go to ‘My Blogs’ and hover over the blog in question, nothing shows up, namely, the ‘Transfer Blog’ option, which is evidently critical to this process.

  Help?!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Three questions:

  1. Are you in “my blogs” in your dashboard?

  2. Are you hovering over the blog address?

  3. Is the username that you are signed in under the username that created that blog?

  Agree with rachelengland, the format has changed overnight! there is no menu when you hover anymore…?

  To transfer a WordPress.com blog, from your Dashboard, go Dashboard -> My Blogs, then move your cursor over the blog address (in the address column) to reveal the “Transfer Blog” link.
