WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. I once own Lostfoundexplore.com that the domain was host by wordpress.com i cancelled it but nom that is available for transfer, i want to transfer it to my new host. I don’t need help with the domaine http://www.lfoundexplore.com

You cancelled the domain, Lostfoundexplore.com on 23 August 2016 and received a full refund. At that moment you stopped being the domain’s owner. It’s not possible to transfer something you don’t own.
When you cancel a domain there are a few days during which it’s still possible to undo the cancellation, and then the domain goes into redemption with the registrar. Your domain went into redemption on 22 September. Redemption can last anything from a few weeks to a few months, and during this time you won’t be able to register it anywhere else.
I can try to recover the domain from redemption for you. Then it will be returned to your WordPress.com account and you can transfer it once you’ve owned it for 60 days. But as you were refunded for the domain when you cancelled it you’ll need to pay for its registration again, and you’ll also need to pay the $80 fee our registrar charges to restore a domain from redemption.
